No. NkapSala opens in the browser of your phone or computer. The till can also run on a small server in your shop so you keep selling without Internet.
Yes. You record your sales, expenses and payroll as usual: the accounting entries write themselves, in the SYSCOHADA chart. Your accountant finds everything there.
You only pay for the building blocks you use, in FCFA, month by month. Each block has a base price that already covers a number of employees, tills or warehouses. Beyond that, each extra unit is added at the displayed price. Login accounts and the first branch are included.
Nothing gets blocked. If you add employees or a till during the month, you are told, and the next payment reflects what you actually used.
Access is paused until the first payment. Nothing is deleted: your data waits for you and becomes available again as soon as the subscription starts.
Bank transfer or Mobile Money on presentation of the invoice sent by e-mail. The invoice is sent to you by e-mail with its payment reference.
The first branch is included, each extra branch is added to the monthly price. Each branch has its own tills, warehouses and employees, and a manager sees only theirs if you decide so.
No, it does not touch any bank or operator. It calculates the net pay and the deductions (IRPP, CAC, CNPS, housing fund, RAV, TDL), produces the payslips and marks the payroll as paid once you have done it.
Yes. A restaurant has its ordering page, a hotel its booking page, a landlord a space where each tenant sees their rent and pays by Mobile Money. No app to download for your customers.
You keep access for 7 days after the due date. Then the space is locked, without deleting anything, until payment. You can also export your data beforehand.
The account takes a few minutes to create. You pick your blocks, invite your team, and have 30 days to see if it suits you.
