SYSCOHADA accounting for the OHADA zone
The SYSCOHADA chart of accounts is installed as soon as you subscribe to Accounting. Sales, expenses, payroll and rent post their entries on their own, and the full-system financial statements come out ready: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and notes.
The financial year follows your real dates, not necessarily the calendar year, and is split into periods that you close one by one.

In CFA francs, in English or French
Amounts are in whole units, like the CFA franc. The interface, payslips and emails exist in English and French: each account picks its language.
Payroll deductions currently follow Cameroonian rules; monthly hours, overtime, the seniority bonus and the work accident rate are set in the company's payroll settings.

Does NkapSala work outside Cameroon?
Yes: the app is online and accounting follows the SYSCOHADA standard of the OHADA zone. Payroll deductions, however, follow Cameroonian rules.

The default SYSCOHADA chart, with its full-system statements. You can add your own accounts and choose the account used by each automatic entry.
Is the software available in English?
Yes. Each user chooses English or French; screens, payslips, emails and the documentation follow.
