One account for all your clients
Each client enters your firm code and chooses the role it grants you: accounting, payroll, control or full administration. Your assigned staff work there with their own login, in all its branches.
The header switcher lists the companies you manage: one click to move from one to the next, another to go back to your firm.

Create your clients' spaces
A client who does not use the application yet? Create its company from your portfolio: head office, roles and SYSCOHADA or SYCEBNL chart are ready as soon as its first subscription is paid, and you are its Administrator until it has its own account.

The client stays in control
- It sees who, in your firm, works in its company.
- Every entry, exit and action carries the name of the staff member and of the firm in its audit log.
- It changes the granted role or revokes the mandate in one click: access closes immediately.

Who pays the subscription
Each company keeps its own subscription. The client pays it itself, or chooses you to pay it: you then receive the due date alert and pay from your portfolio, and the client's invoice shows your firm's name.
Do my staff count in my clients' subscriptions?
No. They are your firm's accounts: they are neither listed nor billed at the client.
Can the client limit what I see?
Yes. It chooses the role granted to the mandate, for example accounting only, and can change it or revoke the mandate at any time.
Can I pay my clients' subscriptions?
Yes. From your portfolio, you pay each client's renewal; the payment remains the client's and its invoice shows that your firm paid it.
