01
Built for Cameroon, not adapted after the fact
Amounts are in CFA francs, in whole units. Payslips apply Cameroonian deductions, accounting follows the SYSCOHADA chart and your customers pay by MTN or Orange Mobile Money.
The app opens in the browser of a phone or a computer, in English or French: each user picks their language, and payslips and emails follow.

What NkapSala does for a business in Cameroon
- A point of sale for the shop, the restaurant or the front desk, which keeps selling during an Internet outage thanks to the branch's local server.
- Stock in each warehouse, supplier receipts and restocking orders.
- Payroll: IRPP, CAC, CNPS, housing fund, FNE, local development tax and broadcasting fee worked out on every payslip.
- Rent, receipts and owner statements for a landlord or a property agency.
- Rooms, stays and online booking for a hotel.
- Accounting entries posted on their own, right up to the SYSCOHADA balance sheet and financial statements.
03
Several branches, one view of the business
Each branch has its own registers, warehouses and staff. A branch manager only sees their own branch; you see everything, and the statistics compare branches side by side.
A branch's local server keeps its registers open without Internet and syncs with head office as soon as the connection is back.
04
A price in CFA francs, module by module
You tick the modules you need (point of sale, inventory, payroll, property, hotel, accounting…) and pay monthly. Each module includes a number of employees, registers or warehouses; beyond that, each extra unit is added to the price shown.
Nothing gets blocked if you grow mid-month: you are notified, and the next payment reflects what you actually used.
Does NkapSala calculate payroll under Cameroonian rules?
Yes. Each payslip works out IRPP, the communal additional cents, CNPS, the housing fund, FNE, the local development tax and the broadcasting fee. The software does not pay the salaries: it produces the payslips and the entries.
Can my customers pay by Mobile Money?
Yes, by MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money, through NotchPay: at the register, on the online ordering page and in the tenant space.
Do I need a permanent Internet connection?
Not for the register: a local server installed in the branch lets you sell during an outage, then everything syncs. The rest of the app is used online.
