Owners, properties and leases
An agency records the owners it manages for and their commission rate; a landlord, their own properties. A building is split into units that inherit its owner.
The lease holds the rent, the charges (flat rate or meters), the due day, the deposit, the guarantor and VAT. A rent review is added from a date, without rewriting the past.

Rent, receipts and arrears
- The schedule is worked out from the lease: each payment settles the oldest instalment first.
- A PDF receipt for each payment, with withholding tax when the tenant applies it.
- An alert for late rent and for leases coming to an end.
- Move-in and move-out inspections with their photos and deductions.

Payouts and owner statements
An owner's statement shows the rent collected, the commission, the works charged to them and the balance due. A payout never exceeds that balance.
With accounting, rent, commissions, deposits and payouts post their entries on their own.

The tenant space
Each tenant opens their space with their phone number or email and a code received by text or email. They see what they owe, their next due date and their receipts, and pay by Mobile Money: the payment is recorded on its own.
Can my tenants pay their rent by Mobile Money?
Yes, from their tenant space, with the Electronic payment module. The confirmed payment becomes a rent payment with its receipt.
Can I import my existing properties and leases?
Yes, by CSV file: owners, properties and units, then leases with their first rent.
Does the software work out my agency commission?
Yes. The rate is set per owner, per building or per property, and the owner statement deducts it.
