Hours, overtime and bonuses
The timesheet deducts breaks and counts night hours. Overtime is paid in brackets and the seniority bonus is calculated on its own; rates and thresholds are set in the payroll settings.
Each employee's bonuses are added to gross pay, each one on its own ledger account if you wish.

One payroll per month and per branch
Payroll is prepared for one branch or for all of them. An employee is never paid twice in the same month: those already paid drop off the sheet. 'Mark as paid' freezes the payslips and dates the payroll and transfer entries.

Payslips for every employee
Each payslip is printed or downloaded as a PDF, with year-to-date totals. From the employee space, everyone finds their payslips for the last 24 months on their phone.
Does the software pay the salaries?
No. It works out net pay and deductions and produces the payslips and entries; the transfer is made from your bank or your mobile operator.
Can payroll rates be changed?
Monthly hours, overtime brackets, the seniority bonus and the work accident rate are set in the payroll settings.
Does payroll reach the books?
Yes, with the Accounting module: salaries, each deduction on its own account, then the transfer from the bank account you choose.
