Your page, your address
Your business has its page at its own address, for example your-name.nkapsala.com. You choose its template, its colour, its welcome message, your opening hours and its menu sections.
Outside opening hours, the page takes orders under a 'closed' banner, or refuses them if you prefer.

Pickup, delivery and payment
- The customer chooses pickup or delivery; you set the delivery fee and the minimum order.
- They pay on receipt, or by Mobile Money from their tracking page.
- They find their order with its number and their phone number, never with the number alone.
- The page does not offer an out-of-stock item: stock held by pending orders is deducted.

Live tracking and couriers
Each new order rings on the staff's screen. It moves from received to preparing, ready, on the way and delivered. Couriers have their board: to deliver, in progress, delivered, and reported incidents.

Files and API
A bookshop or a creator can also sell PDF files: once paid, the customer downloads them through a link valid for 72 hours. Your own website can read the menu and place orders through the shop's JSON API.
Do I need a register to take online orders?
No. With electronic payment, each branch that has a warehouse can take orders paid online, for pickup or delivery.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. They give their name and phone number; cart and favourites stay in their browser.
Can I connect ordering to my own website?
Yes: the shop's API returns the menu, places an order and tracks its status.
